All full-priced merchandise is eligible for a refund within 14 days. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code qualify for store credit. Please note that archive and sample sale items are final sale. View the Returns page.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on all North American orders over $150. For orders under $150, a zone-based shipping rate will apply.

Additionally, we offer same-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area for a flat fee of $9.00.
