If you wish to make a return or an exchange, you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days of the purchase with the following subject line:
“return request _ your name _ order number”
In the e-mail, please specify the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved by a member of the Outclass team, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipping costs and duties associated with the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance on the returned package. Outclass is not responsible for lost packages.
Regular price merchandise:
All full-price merchandise is eligible for return or store credit within fourteen days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. All refunds will be issued through the original form of payment less the shipping cost. If your initial order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning your purchase, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the shipping service. After fourteen days, all sales are final.
Sale or items purchased with a discount code:
Sale or items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. No refunds. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and duties associated with the return. We do not offer exchanges online, only store credit by way of a gift card. After fourteen days, all sales are final.
Outclass will offer price adjustments on items that were purchased at the full retail price, that go on sale within seven days of purchase. After seven days, price adjustments are no longer available. The price adjustment will be made by way of store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for any further price adjustments.
