Regular price merchandise:
All full-price merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within fourteen days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. All refunds will be issued through the original form of payment less the shipping cost. After fourteen days, all sales are final.
Sale or items purchased with a discount code:
Sale or items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and duties associated with the exchange, including a re-shipment fee ($10.00 on Canadian orders, $15.00 on US orders) that will be issued prior to shipping out the exchanged item. After fourteen days, all sales are final.
Outclass will offer price adjustments on items that were purchased at the full retail price, that go on sale within seven days of purchase. After seven days, price adjustments are no longer available. The price adjustment will be made by way of store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for any further price adjustments.
** If a discount code becomes available after a purchase, price adjustments will not be applied to that order.
If you wish to make a return or an exchange, you must e-mail email@example.com within fourteen days of the purchase with the following subject line:
“return request _ your name _ order number”
In the e-mail, please specify the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved by a member of the Outclass team, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs and duties associated with the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance on the returned package. Outclass is not responsible for lost packages.
