Return Policy:

We hope you love your Outclass pieces, but if they don’t fit quite right, we’re here to help. To start a return or exchange, simply complete the request form below. Once approved by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with shipping instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Outclass cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Additionally, we are not responsible for any duties incurred on returned items. If applicable, these will be deducted from your refund.

Full Price Merchandise

All full-price merchandise is eligible for a refund within fourteen days of purchase. If your order was placed online, the fourteen days begin upon delivery of your package. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. All refunds will be issued through the original form of payment less the shipping cost. After fourteen days, all sales are final.

Sale Merchandise / Discount Codes

Sale or items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchanges and store credit only. No refunds. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Exchanges are offered at our flagship store only. If your purchase was made online, you will be issued store credit by way of a gift card. After fourteen days, all sales are final.

Restocking Fee

We take a lot of pride in our products, and we hope you’ll treat them with the same care when sending them back. If items are damaged, worn, or not returned as received (unbuttoned, unfolded, or excessively wrinkled), a $10.00 restocking fee may be applied to steam and restore the items to their original condition.
